The Rockford River Days Ambassador Program is a non-profit Scholarship Program put on solely by volunteers. The program consists of an Ambassador Committee, who help to coordinate all aspects of the program.

The senior candidate program allows for ages 17-22 to participate. The Junior program requirement is girls entering grades 2, 3, 4 AND 5 in the Fall of 2022.
